“FOCUS AND CLARITY
The denser the dimension or rather the denser the energies we find ourselves residing in, the more we need clarity and focus when creating. This is because there are so many more energies flying around that have to be waded through and navigated around. It is ever more important then, that we maintain focus and are very clear about what it is that we desire. As we begin to evolve higher, focus and clarity are important as well, but not nearly to the degree that they were in the old reality.

In the higher realms, think of something desirable and it seems to arrive for us in record time, even though we may not have realized that we were indeed creating it. Have we not had the experience of having something we thought we wanted arrive for us almost unexpectedly, and then realize that it was not exactly what we had intended?  “Oops! This isn’t exactly what I was thinking of,” we might exclaim. But then we get another chance to get it right…oh, the beauty of creating in the higher realms. We can always create fresh and new at any given moment. A special gift of creating anything that does not quite fit, is that it gives us the clarity to create more clearly when we start again with a new creation.

I remember when my friend Nancy, a real estate agent, was showing me parcels of land here in New Mexico. With each new encounter of land, what I liked and did not like became more and more evident, even though I really wasn’t too consciously aware of my exact desires before we began; I was just sort of looking around for fun.  While being in the space of each new and distinct energy, a picture soon began to reveal itself of what I would be most happy with, but I would not have known this until I had experienced other possibilities. So even though we may believe that we know exactly what we want, at times we really do not know until it arrives for us.

And this is the importance of clarity in the higher realms. The clearer we are, the better our creations match what our purest desires are all about. Another wonderful aspect of clarity is that it gives us the opportunity to know what we really and truly deserve and desire. Clarity in the higher realms is not relegated to what we think is probable or possible…it is relegated to “anything goes,” and this is the beauty of a miracle, and miracles abound in the higher realms. (Duly noted here, is the fact that on the beginning rungs of the ascension ladder, the further the stretch with what we believe is possible to what we desire to create, the more difficult the creation.) It can always be great fun to start creating with small and simple things that are a stretch, but that we feel really don’t matter if they manifest. The results can be great training for creating what we think may be the impossible.

The more clarity and detail we place within our desires of creation, the more fully they will provide for us what we are seemingly wanting. If we say that we want to be happy, this can manifest with a huge array of possibilities, and also can serve to dilute the energies that are utilized for creation. Becoming clear serves to fine tune and focus the energies where they are needed, and also serves to support and solidify our abilities as very conscious creators. This brings us to the importance of focus.

It is no new news that what we focus on we get more of. What fills our minds and consciousness, and how we perceive things to be, is what fills the physical world around us. What we are being or vibrating, is what we will be creating as our reality and world.

This phenomenon of focus, then, is also what we can use to navigate in the higher realms. In even higher realities, we can focus on something (a destination), and literally arrive there in physical form. This is the power of focus. This is the power of fine tuning and really learning to utilize energy. Until we are actually in that high of a vibrating reality within and without, one where we can use focus to literally travel, we can still use focus in our current reality to navigate the dimensions, but in a different way, yet even as effective. This is what was discussed at the beginning of the Keys of Being section.

When we use focus to create what we want, it is important that we do not spend the majority of our time in this state. This is because we are here in the now, and not in some virtual reality or desire of the future. It is important, as mentioned many times in this book, to be present where we are. We are on this planet to have an experience here, not to try and continually be somewhere else through meditating or the like (the higher we begin to vibrate and evolve, the less we meditate). We cannot create when we are trying to be somewhere other than where we are. Being somewhere other than where we are, places us out of alignment, and therefore out of the higher flow of the energies of alignment.
In the old world, meditating may have placed us in a higher vibrating space of “feeling” or perhaps gaining awareness. And as a health tool for relaxation, what a gift it was indeed. But in the higher realms, it only serves to place us somewhere other than where we are currently residing. We are evolving into states where we are always in a state or energy where mediation was striving to place us temporarily, and thus, we eventually do not need or desire to “meditate.” Meditation is a wonderful tool for the old world, but in the higher realms, it simply ceases to exist. As we travel up the rungs of the ascension ladder, we may still choose to meditate, but only for very brief times until we choose it no more.

So then, now that I have probably offended many of you who meditate and perhaps have a different perspective (ouch!), how do we use focus for purposes of creation and being? We can use focus in regard to what we choose to notice or pay attention to. When I go on a hike in my neighborhood, I usually pick up energies there, see portals, and connect to the sky and the non-physical world. Others, who at times hike along with me, find potshards, look at trails and wildflowers, or the like (yes, I do that too sometimes). When my neighbor’s dog accompanies me, she sees rabbits. So then, what we are about or what is meaningful to us is usually what will appear for us. What we look for then, is what will manifest.

Are you one who sees the glass half full or half empty? Do you perceive the world as getting better and evolving, or getting worse? Do you believe you are getting beaten up and worn down, or that you are simply losing the older and denser aspects of yourself?

I had a friend once who loved to take care of stray animals, so her focus was on them much of the time. She continued then, to attract stray animals to her home, and they seemed to find her wherever she was. This was what she was about, or where her focus was, so it then became her reality in the physical. I had another friend for a brief time who would not watch commercials on television as he believed they were made to control him. I love many of the commercials because I find them even more entertaining and fun than the television shows!

Focus involves what we are noticing or paying attention to, and certainly our interpretation of what we are noticing. What we do not choose to pay attention to cannot exist in our reality or world. Focus allows anything to exist. So why not apply this law of energy and simply focus only on what we desire to have in our space?

In the beginning stages of residing in the higher realms, focus and clarity are more vitally important than ever before. With so much more of the density now gone, what we choose to focus on now, and how clear we are about what we desire, are extremely instrumental in our navigation and creation process in this now New Reality.

As we begin to evolve even higher, we realize that the trivial details do not matter. Much of everything is incidental and minor in relation to our happiness and peace of mind. We become more and more aware of what really and truly matters the more we shed our old and outdated selves. And this is when the true beauty of love, peace, and joy begin to be ever more present in our lives and within our current reality. We thus begin to focus more on what we are grateful for and on what really and truly matters.

The more we evolve, the more we do not focus on anything, as we are simply being. We enjoy the now, as all our needs are met, and are simply grateful and happy right where we are.

Staying In Alignment With Focus And Clarity

Utilizing focus and clarity as ways of being in the higher realms can be easiest if we do not take them too seriously. Taking clarity seriously, for instance, places us in a state of holding on too tightly, and then we would not be able to benefit from the gifts that clarity offers. If we can focus and use clarity in a fun way, by laughing at and tweaking our imperfect creations after they arrive, and by simply focusing on and noticing the things that bring us passion and joy, we will continue to easily and effortlessly create what it is that we desire.

- We can also use focus in regard to our relationships with others. If we choose to focus on another’s special gifts and talents, this then, will be what presents itself to us much more frequently. Have you ever had an experience when you interacted with someone that was completely different than another’s experience with that individual? This is because we are somehow focusing on or paying attention to what we know to be true for us, or perhaps what we expect from that person. In this way, our experiences with others can vary greatly from one person’s interaction to another’s.

- As we begin to evolve into higher and higher states of being, we no longer desire to be anywhere but where we are. In this way, we are extremely contented, have everything we believe we truly need, and are in states of great peace and acceptance. The higher states of reality are all that we truly and easily see, and thus, we need not intentionally focus on anything else but what is right in our spaces and has been all along. ”

Recently, the “Miracle on the Hudson” demonstrated to the World that it is time for miracles to become more prevalent, possible and probable.  It feels as if this particular miracle broke loose many stagnant paradigms in one small swoop.

The Election and Inauguration of Pres. Obama opened the door of our entire Planet’s consciousness and encourages us to step up and take responsibility for our New Earth’s expansion into Oneness.  AND, he presents plans of action.

Since our Planet is well over 51% into A New Earth, in reflecting back, I feel that no matter what Pres. Obama does, or doesn’t do, has almost nothing to do with it.  It seems to be his essence that stimulates our more aware consciousness enough to allow the multi-dimensional realities permission to manifest what we, as humans, have created for ourselves.  It’s up to us now—-not even Pres. Obama can save us. 

We’ve been waiting for the time when all things are perfect in our eyes—- it is here NOW.  Plus, the perfection that we have been awaiting is waiting for our imagination to create it. 

With all the above possible avenues, why not be a little bit willing to ask your favorite Ascended Masters to assist you in knowing and manifesting what it is that will allow your heart to sing.  A singing heart easily, gently and comfortably attracts miracles, abundance, joy, peace and love.  It just does!!!  In reality, what does money have to do with it?

So Be It!!

What is the difference? 
If being thankful for what we have can bring more of the same, what happens when we give thanks for situations, of the past, for which we are not thankful?  AND/OR, very uncomfortable? 
Do we get more of the same?
OR, does being thankful allow us to see the events a little bit differently—- and our “stuckness” evaporates? 
Hence, being thankful in all things can lead to transmutation; of the mind, of the spirit in all dimensions, and eventually the physical.
SO BE IT!
